We'll be having some more public testing soon :)
Yup it's an indie game for sure. It shouldn't be on indiedb.com if it wasn't :) And low budget is for sure. I'm paying for this out of my pocket and I weighed the kickstarter option and decided that I would feel better delivering what the game will be if it was self funded. Anyway I'm still hashing through user feedback from the alpha and working on retooling some areas. Cheers,
Yup it's still in the works.
Actually. So good was this point that I added it today :)
Yes, yes. The polish factor :) Sadly I haven't had time to polish any of the animations yet but I couldn't agree more. I'll probably have some stand-in models for that in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for the comment and you are correct work needs to be done on all of the art. Will be looking forward to more feedback on art as time goes on. Cheers,
Depending on where we get with funding a lot of the models will be the finals. However many of the buildings will be replaced. Vehicles, zombies, survivors, terrain are pretty much set. The vast majority of models we purchased and the ones that look really sad are the ones that I did :)
I guess you could say it'll be sandbox-ish. There are objectives but how you play is kind of up to you. You can build whatever you want and the game is focused around a single map at this point so it's not like their are different missions as in most RTS games. This allows you to build on everything you construct toward whatever your end-game goals are.
Cheers,
Absolutely. Excellent series. I don't even want to venture a guess at the number of hours I spent working through those scenarios. My hope is that you'll be able to control more units than in Commandos and have a higher level of control.
Thanks guys :) I'm working on it right at this very moment. Currently polishing up some loot drop mechanics when your survivors die. Cheers,
funfy
