Hi all,
Progress has been non-existent for the last 6 months due to RL issues and complications in the coding department, however there a silver lining and I'll be picking this up again.

Yes, the pings just a debug noise.
I've realized that I've been negating my duties in updating this page, so I've uploaded a couple of quick test videos to help smooth things over until I can post a more substantial news.
Nope not dead, Just busy with complex recoding.
Yes, it will be playable on ARMA II: Operation Arrowhead.
SVN Revision No 34 has been released.
SVN Revision Notes: DHD code is 99% complete, sounds need tweaking. First 6 chevrons light up (not a light source). Started to simplify the base-code by use of GET/SET functions.
SVN Revision No 33 has been released, see the news post for details.
Hi everyone, seems our sites down again.
We may be moving all our opperations to moddb in the future but I'll keep you updated on that front.
Mate, when are you just going to come clean? It not such a big deal; there are plenty of other Mods.
Simple yes/no question, Is 'InterWave Studios' trying to pass the Mod along to other developers?
Think you'll find I actually mentioned all that, minus the vid part.
Ok, so the Mods dead untill you can fob the code off to someone else.
Sounds like you have the 2 year old mission makers release.
I'm afraid that we don't support it as it was only ment for mission creaters who had working knowledge of the Stargates from the ofp version.
You'll have to wait for the new version to be released.
I've just checked there development forum, this mods pretty much dead...
The developers are trying to turn themselves into a gaming studio and can't be bothered to put the time into a mod which will never make them any money.
Kinda explains why it was released half done with bearly any of it's promised content, shame but there you go.
Oh, there also trying to fob the code off onto someone else, so send them an email and get your name in.
There in development, just haven't made it into the mix yet.
not dead, just working... I'll try to post more screenies tonight
In a way... because the Event Horizion doesn't have a Geolod (you can walk through it), objects such as ordinance need to be tracked; so if they cross the EH there transported.
Our old method was cpu intensive and inefficient, PBT on the other hand requires less processing and is alot faster.
Hi all,
Sorry if i've ignored you all, been working on the new beta...
We're just testing the mutiplayer code, then you can all have a play; it will be the Stargate's only but we thought you'd prefere a release while we work on CE.
Exactly, the SGC is very well done but i agree with benbellis when he says it feels like a SG deathmatch.
Oh, don't get me wrong... I'm not saying it’s a bad mod, quite the opposite; I think it’s very detailed and will be a lot of fun to play.
The load out system is particularly good and the maps very detail (as I said); don't let my creative criticism put anyone off playing this as they will have a great time.
All I meant is after following the mod for a few years now I expected the mod to more based around the Stargate in particular, and I’m hoping that the work put into manned vehicles and gate travel won't be left out of future patches.
The gameplay does remind me of Stargate TC2, though the maps are larger and more detailed.
I was hoping for more offworld (multiple planets) type exploring but the fast pace PvP gameplay is also fun.
I feel that a lot of detail has gone into certain areas but has left other lacking, currently plays like an assault level on UT 2004; which isn't bad, but feels more like your just surrounded with Stargate props rather than in the Stargate universe.
Seems BitDefender is complaining about the uninstall.exe, has no problems with the rest.
I've downloaded the client installer from three different sources including Internode, All are causing my AntiVirus (Bitdefender) to spaz out.
There all infected with 'trojan.generic.1328988'.
Please do elaborate, what easy dialing are you expecting and whats up with the wormhole?
Hi to everyone coming from the SG Forums, were having a few tech difficulties so i've diverted you to here for updates till there fixed.
There are no new releases as yet, were slowly gearing up for the new release so just wait a little longer.
I'm very much looking forward to this mod, sounds very immersive and gripping.
I'm currently looking into ways of making that work, without looking tacky.
LoL, its good to have dedicated fans.
Ok, first thing goto Stargateassault.net and register for the forums as you'll get alot more updates on the mod progress.
What you have to understand is that were currently porting alot of our work over from another engine, its probably the documentation on that version which you've been reading.
Were slowly renabling the diffrent functions for ArmA but converting over the code is taking alot of work but all of the bugs you've mention are being worked on.
The experience will improve as we release the various betas.
Were releasing a new version in about 1-2 weeks, it'll have alot of new features so its best to wait for that (its worth it).
