About your question, I estimated the minimal requirements based on hardware usage :
System requirements :
Hard Disk : 60 Mo
OS : WinXP, OSX 10.5
Processor : 2Ghz single core
Memory : 512 Mo
Video card : Minimum of 128 Mo of RAM
