The issue with squad/infected moving through walls when paused has been fixed
Just press the keys and don't forget the "." there's no need to open a special menu or something like that.
Most of them work on the Global Map, the exception being the .bigboys .normalboys .smallboys which work in game.
You move them from waypoint to waypoint. There's no way to queue them. And while moving they always face forward.
Currently the only multiplayer is an online leaderboard for the Death Lab and Survival game modes. Next week update 1.06 will go live which will feature a Multiplayer mode where a player controls the survivors and the other controls the infected.
The demo features the campaign for the first few days. The full game has the complete campaign along with the Death Lab and Survival game modes and next week a Multiplayer Mode as well.
Yes it should work on any resolution. In any case you can test it out with the demo.
Survivors that are not part of your current Squad heal 10hp every day.
So if one of your guys is badly injured you can leave him in a safehouse for a few days.
Click on F (default) then move your mouse to where you want it to go to and hit F again.
Shops mainly take scrap because it's the most common material although some of them take wood and cloth as well.
I've never seen a door that can't be unlocked nor have I received any report about it so either you need to find a button, find the bomb or kill the surrounding infected. Those are the only occasions that doors are locked.
You might think they end up dead even though you have food because first the day ends and checks if there's food for everyone then the nodes generate food. So if you have 10 survivors and 5 food and your buildings generate 5 food. 5 survivors will die that night and the next day you will have 5 food.
I can see how that might be confusing though.
Why would you want to limit the number of autosaves? They weigh at most 50kb.
Not sure what you mean, there are zombies in the demo.
Nope, the game was designed as Single Player only.
if/when the game gets on Steam I shall distribute keys.
Game is single player only. It does feature an Online leaderboard for the Survival and Death Lab game modes.
Yes there are Pistols, SMGs, Rifles and various Melee weapons.
Yes it's made in Unity using C#.
Unity is aimed more towards 3D but it works perfectly fine for 2D. I simply lock the camera and put everything pointing in the same direction.
There are lots of great engines out there, I picked Unity because of the great support it has and easy of porting to various platforms.
Are you sure you got them all? Hit TAB to bring up the Info Menu, maybe there's more buildings around?
Usually the reason is just some hidden enemy around, when you get to the last 5 enemies in a building they will show up with red markers. If you did see the markers and killed them all then there's probably another infected building around.
If you keep having the same issue please fill the form at Survivor-squad.com
Apologies for the lack of reply, I thought I would get an email whenever someone posted here as it happens with private messages but apparently that's not the case.
