We will include the Cantinieres in this version too, they're too interesting not to! We'll see how the factions play out, our focus will be on the main factions from the Warband version (minus Japan for now), with the possibility of some PvE focused factions that allow for some mod overlap/merging (like Zulus for an AZW experience)

For a single player version, I'll be building a Victorian era single player mod that covers a broader scope: Moddb.com

Will did a lot of work on AZ, so it's pretty much an official sister mod to B&I. It would be a great idea to incorporate the PvE style into this (plus work well with the US vs FN if we could have multiple bot driven nations to choose from, all of which are indigenous populations)

Warband didn't have any official tools apart from the released source code. We were still able to access the texture, sound, and mesh files which we can't do right now in Bannerlord.

This one is a multiplayer mod only (for now). The Warband version was multiplayer only as well, but required the NW DLC, this Bannerlord version will be standalone.

unfortunately the new assets (items in v3) aren't open source, however there's a open source pack on taleworlds that contains all of the old uniforms and textures; additionally there's a victorian weapons pack that compliments the uniforms. both packs were posted by the original dev will

you need to follow the instructions for "large address aware" and enable "load textures on demand"

there were plans to add reskins for those factions (the mod was designed to allow anyone to easily replace any of the factions with whatever they wanted). however i'm saving my modding capabilities for a single player bannerlord mod

there were notes about permissions and use in both n&s and b&i which were easy to find and should have been read.

however, there used to be some boshin war uniform models made by jacobhinds a couple of years ago; i don't think he ever used them so you could ask and see if you can. I.imgur.com

people still play regularly on my commander battle server that's up and running. imo it's the best mode for the mod.

head into the textures folder, find and delete the cursor.dds texture. this'll make you use the native one.

go into the mod's texture folder, and search for a file called "cursor", delete this and your mouse will show up again

it sounds like you might be out of luck for now :/ i was considering releasing a "light" version of the mod for people with lower end PCs

set "load textures on demand" to true, try making warband large address aware (google this :P ), if you think it might be a faulty download redownload the mod and reinstall it

that time scale was an estimation, i didn't know that one of the most important parts of the beta test would get pushed back a week, but it has given me more time to find bugs that can be ironed out
