Included in Postal 2: “Share the Pain” edition is a level editor, “POSTed”, in which you can use to open the game textures in any .utx files. I used Photoshop to paint the changes I want. Since this editor is similar to the UnrealEd, you could read any Unreal Tournament tutorials on how to change Player skins. I hope this is helpful.
In the Postal 2 main directory you copy and paste "ShareThePain", "System" and "Textures" folders overwriting the files.
For example:
C:/Program Files/Postal 2/Textures/ChameleonSkins.utx,....etc and
C:/Program Files/Postal 2/ShareThePain/Textures/GameCustom.utx.....etc
You're welcome! I'm glad you liked playing my mod.
It's my pleasure that you enjoyed my mod!
Thank you for telling me, my bad! I plan to upload a revised mod to fix this problem. I tested all the texture files in the mod on Steam's upgraded versions 4444 and 4445 and discovered the problem. It was the Postal2Splash.bmp file in the "System" folder that wasn't compatible with the original and didn't allowed the game to load. I plan to upload a revised mod with the fix. You can play my mod and it will load if you just simply leave out the "bad" Postal2Splash.bmp and keep the original as is.
Let me know how this works.
Thank you for comment on my Paradise Lost nude mod. I had discovered why there is a problem that I had overlooked.
I used the same texture files on the GOG Postal 2 AWP game for the Paradise Lost game. I realized the menu section on both games are different and is why the Postal 2 game could not load in the Paradise Lost game, steam version 4445. I believe you could play my Paradise Lost nudes if you go directly to the Paradise Lost system folder and click on the Paradise Lost.exe to launch the game.
I will soon have a solution soon to fix the Postal 2 part of the game.
