You can grab that mod from /2027/System/MP5S.u and then put it in your Deus Ex's /System folder. I don't remember exactly how you activate it in the game, but there should be some information on the OffTopic/DXAlpha forums. It should be compatible with any DX mod. 2027 has its own ballistics system so those weapons will work somewhat different outside of it.

Try to re-install 2027 on a separate clean Deus Ex version without any other mods installed. There might be some incompatibilities and you won't benefit from any of the mods you listed in 2027 anyway.
