This is a MP5, yes, but it's our own model.
It uses Lua for scripting. I'm not really sure what do you mean by "multiple monsters" but yes, the engine is able to display dozens of characters (like enemies) at once.
With combination of Lua scripts and powerful GUI system we are able to embed interactive elements inside the game itself. Here you can play a Minesweeper minigame.
This is a test level and minimum graphics quality.

No -- it is OpenGL. This screenshot has been taken from version using OpenGL 2 & Cg shaders. Currently we use OpenGL 3.3.
