It funny how you're attacking him because he wanted to explain the situation that we have no 3d modelers (for weapons) atm, all our 3d weapon models have been taken away, and that they left on their own conditions. I'm not taking sides here, but he's trying to share what happened and trying to share with the community instead of just "no it's fine, everything's going well".

If you think that organizing a team, modding it, finding people, putting contents into a game, and making it playable and look good will take a day, then you shouldn't play any mods at all, heck, you shouldn't play any games at all, since you won't play anything that will take more than a day to create.
