Yeah, sure thing.
But, first off, don't confuse it with TREM or DXSM, it's a stand-alone modification made long ago before these two projects were even announced. It was made by Allan, and it is the thing which got him working on TREM.
*ehm* anyway, about how it works, it's simple. Just put it on your System folder.
Usually the default path is this:
C:\DeusEx\System\
You just have to place ResEvil.u there, and then just go ingame and summon items mentioned on the list provided with the modification. (ResEvilSummons.txt)
