Did you install the Game THEN launchers THEN Mod, Patch, Mapack etc.

And when you run the game what -exactly- happens. Does generals.exe open in the task manager? And then no window opens up?

What version of the Fixed Launchers are you using and what happens when you open the game through the ROTR Launcher?
