First extract the mod into mod directory of Eu III, then from Eu3 launcher pick the mod name and then click the Start Button.

Where did you try to contact me? Here I don't have any messages from you, not even on the official site of the mod. So If I can help you feel free to contact me ;)
Hello Alrich, your idea is great, yet I see a a possible issue, that maybe is good to test. If you use Holocene Calendar somwhere after the 4000-5000 years from the begining, the provinces might be visible. Check for this effect, in Eu3 it was like this, and for me it seems EU 4 uses not so different algorithm for revealing provinces.
So no answer to my question for more then a month?! It is a pity there are so many trolls around.
Steppe Wolf has many bugs which crashes the game. I suggest you to try the next generation mod - Phoenix. So far not a single crash report.
If you are so concerned with copyrights you should first check who is the author. I'm not the author of those videos and I don't carry any copyright obligations about them. Do you have something useful to say about the mod itself or just troling?
Try to delete the original game cache ( in map folder), then try several times to start the mod. However if you are running game via steam or mac computer I'm not sure the mod is compatible with them.
You should check the version of the game that you have. For example if you try to run mod with previous version of EU III, the game will kick you out.
