this might be a more complicated suggestion but oh well,.. would you lads ever consider a more dynamic family tree? i mean rather having a fix father sons/daughters/uncles through out the game let's say the head of the house drop dead via assassination or historical battle hence starts a neat or bloody succession..(this will give marriage a bit more weight) having a kid is way off i know but yeah..

lastly we are talking bout samurai in which honor is one of the key importance you guy might consider the prestige system in nova aetas which grants title/privilege to the characters depending in the amount of prestige they have.. Eg. low rank people can't just waltz in a castle (the ability to constructing your own castle is also neat)

a one up from the nova aetas prestige system you can do is by putting it together the system where you serve a lord as a personnel/an angry peasant with a spear in which as you earn promotion in ranks the characters also earn/keep titles in response

another thing would be a corresponding prestige rewards for special kills eg. a generals head

which sucks cause the three sister always provokes my faction in every game i make, and i can't touch em >_>

i know the guys working on this mod more likely have their hands full debugging other stuff, but if they'd like to take more work.. a cross faction marriage would be neat (forming alliance, just love or in peace agreement from the loosing faction) religion setting when starting a new faction(choosing or founding your own would be bad ***), lastly a polygamy or monogamy setting when starting your faction (asha greyjoy is a fancy wife ingame, but she's always in the field or her hall) now i need a wall flower in "my hall".. seeing mods now i wish know how to as well.. :(
