I've tried to put the opitions.ini in the rotwk folder, didnd't solve my problem. And I cant find the treads with the methods for solving issues, can you help me with this?

I've downloaded everything, patched the base game to 1.06 and the rotwk to 2.1, installed everything, updated the lancher, and when I try to play, the gam simply doesen't open. I doesen't show any errors, it just refuses to open. if anyone can help me with this, I'd be gratefull.
