This is just a sad attention seeking PR attempt.
And I mean really s-a-d , because
a)it's useless - everyone who didn't give a FF, still doesn't
b) vice versa is true also
c)the game doesn't deserve this, neither does Lost Alpha and neither does community
Such is the human nature.
There is ALWAYS a possibility that something like this will happen.
So why are devs pretending like no one could have predicted this and that they are stunned by this?
Lets be honest - The only real surprise here is the devs reaction.
And their strategy of putting the fate of the entire project on the off-chance that bunch of strangers will do as they ask of them. <-- THAT'S A REAL STUNNER HERE
I don't understand this either. Even if it was leaked - its very under the radar.
I consider myself a STALKER fan, yet I had no idea of any LA leak until today, not to mention there's zero chances of me trying to find this stupid leaked version. So if this is prevalent feeling among fans, why make a big deal out of this?

Seems that this "error" was due to me merging this mod pack with Panoramic Mod 2.1 Final for Oblivion Lost 2.2 2.1.
I removed it, and now everything is OK.
Do I still get benefits of some kind of dynamic weather and/or distant scenery with your mod pack alone?

I cringe to think what awaits inside an actual mod.
