They could do that but it would be very risky and would end badly if they were caught, the best we can do is just hope that WB will lose and that the C&D gets dropped + Sign the petition too

Warner Bros have said if they move forward with the mod they will sue the developers as they have been sent a C&D, and i would have thought the coudlnt do anything to a no profit mod but apparently they can, I just hope we will see MERP released
