Considering the fact that the model and texture is made by the MidEast Crisis team, not the manufacturer of the T-72 themselves, you would require permission from the MidEast Crisis team. However, as the MidEast Crisis team had already released most of their materials for public modding use, request for permission is not needed as long as proper credit is provided.

And thus you're saying everyone is free to use the models and textures in Cold War Crisis because they're based on real life designs? You need to serious rethinking on your logics there.

I assume you haven't asked the Cold War Crisis team for permission to use their M60A3 model and textures yet, have you?

Having the two models looking the same is one thing, having it exactly the same is different. If you haven't noticed, the shape of the actual blimp fits perfectly together and the metal bracings are also in the exact same positions. Not only that, but the textures on both the blimp and the metal braces line up exactly with Sharp-shark's Kirov as it there was only one image and not two. Coincidence? Don't think so.

Does the same apply to those textures ealier which you later admitted to not being made from "papercraft model patterns"?

Still no mention of Sharp-shark? How much harm can a little correct credit do?

And may I ask what is that "don't be like Anna" supposed to mean?

Just how exactly am I making fun of something? What we have here is a mod appearantly using models from another mod without proper permission and credit. I do not see anything funny about it.

Have you been given permission from the Cold War Crisis and Blitzkrieg II team to use their models?

A Japanese Type-90 MBT actually, image was taken from Fas.org so he didn't draw it.

The mod is indeed their idea, but this image isn't.

In that case, why even bothering uploading them up here if you're going to redesign it anyway?

How is it a "re-design" when all you did was practically copy it off one of the C&C fansites, paste it here and call it your own?

And how is it a "remake" when all he did was taking it and pasting it here without edit it even a single bit?

Indeed. And that includes the ones you (RAYMO321) claimed to have designed in your profile too...

So you took a very early concept art for C&C Generals and claiming it as your own as something you designed? You might want to rethink that option.

By looking at this picture; Moddb.com , that is indeed the same model used in Call To Arms, only with a re-colored texture. Now this brings up an interesting question: Have they taken anything else from other modifications?

No matter how much you try to blow it off, the fact still stands; you didn't "modelled" it, you "modified" something into it. I don't understand how hard it is for that to sink into your senses. Anyway, alot of what you said seems to contradict yourself. On the post before this one you said that it took some skills, and now you said it didn't? Seems like you are just trying to cover up your own mistakes. I can understand facts, however, you seems to have a problem in accepting them. You go around asking for people to apply textures/skins to your tank, you claimed to have modelled it in your descriptions, leading many to think that you made it, and you don't call that credit stealing? So if someone took one of your models, add a second barrel to it and moved some vertices around, can that person say they modelled that? I would say no. The same case applies here.

And on a different note; instead of going around trying to get other people to apply skins/textures to your modified EA model, why don't you just do it yourself? The model already comes textured by default and all you could have done was to re-tint that texture.

Indeed it took skills, but the said skills are basic skills. As I have stated before, all you did was move some vertices around and cloned the gun barrel. The rest of the vehicle is still the same and you can easily tell it was modified from the un-used model. You didn't "model" it, you "modified" something else into it. I don't see how hard it is to understand and accept that fact. I don't mind you being proud of your work, whatever it may be, but I do mind when you claim to have made things that you haven't, it's called credit stealing and is something that should be frowned upon.

So you took an un-used model from the game's files ("avcrusader.W3D" if you would like me to be specific), moved some vertices around and copied a gun barrel... I wounldn't call that something you "modelled" or "made", I would call it something you "modified". Any excuses?

Aren't you going to give any credits to the actual creators of those models you're using?

Don't you think it is a little unfair to be taking all the credits for those models when all you did was simple copy and pasting, replacing and re-arranging parts that are already in the game? That especially applies for the skinning credits since I see no edit in any of the skins.

Spamming? I decided to be nice for once and actually gave a little suggestion, which part of it looks like spam? And isn't what I said all true? You might need to think a little bit more before replying next time.
