Ah, so I should be running Bug Fix. Maybe it won't crash as much? I started saving a lot and this last save it crashed as I was saving. v.v

Did I install this incorrectly? I followed the instructions, installed the Main mod install, then dumped Main Mod files and then Race Mod Files and then the music mod and then the update install. I have two options in the mod manager, the mod and a bug fix variation.

You should really think about making your invite links set to infinite so other people who are looking for a community can click it at any time.

Since all the downloads are labeled outdated, I'm assuming we should wait till 2.0 to play this again?

I've been really having an itch to play DoW again and this mod has always been my favorite. Every update I played though, games would always crash 20 or so minutes in, no matter what race or map I played. Some maps would crash even quicker.

I'm not exactly a noob, I've been playing this and installing mods for DoW over a decade, since the FileFront days. DoW 2 has serious memory leak issues and I'd prefer not to melt my graphics card. DoW 3 was a disappointment and abandoned by the new Sega owned Relic.

DoW 1 is pretty much my favorite RTS of all time. I'm not complaining or trying to hurry you guys up, I understand the situations everyone is in and have paid attention to the news over the years.

Just letting you know I'm rooting you guys on and hope with 2.0 maybe you guys can stop adding things and maybe balance the game out and get all the glitches out and make it as stable as possible and maybe move on to bigger and better things. I'm sure with your talents maybe look into getting your foot in the door with Relic, because me and some friends are speculating that the next Total War Warhammer game will most likely be 40K after Warhammer 3.

Me and a friend have start playing this again and I'm definitely into this mod. Hopefully more people will flock to this page and maybe set up a donation platform.

I think if they had integrated Steam Workshop for the second game like they have for the first game modding would be more noticed.

I was wondering because I didn't see it in the FAQs if this would have an English translation when done or are you sticking with your native language only? I'm only asking because I've seen some mod projects never have a translation and I don't want to get too hyped if I won't be able to enjoy it. It does look awesome though. If TTW wasn't enough having 1,2 and Tactics eventually modded into NV I'd die happy. Lol. Not saying your team do all of them just if it did happen even with different mod teams.

May look old school but so much better then the second game and all of the imitations since created.

I apologize. I was typing a couple of them wrong. And I guess I was so used to a confirmation log I thought they weren't working. Also I haven't played these games in almost a decade. I remember these games as saviors in a dark time. I would play them for hundreds of hours. I appreciate all the hard work you put into this mod. It reminds me of when I found out about Tale of Two Wastelands. Most games now a days are on entirely different engines so making combining mods like this is usually impossible. Thanks for helping me relive fond memories. :)

I'm not sure where you're supposed to post bugs or what not but there was quite a bit of freezing after summoning NPC's on any map. It mainly would do it if lots of things were happening shootouts with 5 extra friendly NPC's.

Also to touch on what I mentioned yesterday this mod makes the game pretty hard. One burst shot from a droid in Jedi Outcast kills instantly. It'd be nice to be able to use cheats again. I'm not sure how hard that is. I know you mentioned using cheats with an older version of the mod but they don't work for me at all and it's installed on a completely clean copy of the game.

So I've got it working, but it seems cheats do not work. Am I to believe that we can summon NPC's from the menu but not able to use cheats?

Also I have a question about default controls. I see that a lot of them have Joystick buttons assigned. Is that normal? Because jump is assigned to a Joystick button and not space. Kind of weird.

This explanation is quite confusing. I've been modding games for years and the instructions for this mod or maybe the way it's worded make it quite frustrating to wrap my head around it. Am I the only one?!?

Also instead of 0123 for outcast I have 0125? Should I rename 5 to 3?

So after reading your Readme I take it I don't need assets5. Also an observation from what you say in your Readme even asking questions wouldn't get an answer because you take things personally. Or most likely you wrote that after being fed up with dealing with pompous a$$hats trying to tell you what is and isn't right concerning something you've created and have spent a ton of time on.

So I go to load the game and it just keeps crashing. I have the Atomic Edition.

Am I the only one who has to sign out because the Mod either takes more then 10 minutes to load or just freezes and locks me from Alt Tabbing or closing it in Task Manager?

Where is the best place to report bugs. Game just crashed from load on main menu. GC as Empire. Also lots of ships are missing titles and labels of cannons.

Could you add 1280 by 720 to the list of resolutions. I can change it for the main game but not your mod because of the complicated launching system. Thanks!

I doubt anyone will see this but GOG got rights to sell this game and has bonus stuff from the 64 version and controller usage already set up. 6 bucks. Great deal. Works on Win7-64 most likely for 8 also. Also your Petition site is dead. Any chance there's a new one?

This would be awesome. DK1 was so much better IMHO. War For The Underworld ended up being a huge let down. There were a few good things about that game but in the end the world itself seemed lifeless. What you're doing seems to bring an old class back to life with the same feel. I'll be rooting for you. :)

I know right. It's an awesome game. Hell, so awesome one of the mod groups was recognized by Petroglyph and are now making a game based on their engine since they gave them permission. Shows how awesome companies that care about their products are. You won't see that from EA or Activision. They just buy old awesome companies IP's and #@!* all over them.

Okay, I figured out what was wrong the first time. I was running my game in Dev mode and they weren't. Now I have another problem. We both had completely clean installs and installed the Mods the exact same way. But the game crashes as soon as it starts. We tried at least 20 times, on both New Races and Regular.
