there's more holes then metal, what the hell hit it
probably a chain gun from an attack helicpter or a minugun form a jet or something
Or a aerial bomb denoted very close to it. And those holes are caused by its shrapnel's.
look at the turret looka like they comming from above
Its used as a training target , restored, yeah, lucky, survived
