War city is game developed over one year only by me. It started as remake of Battle City, old but good game, but over time War City project overgrow to something bigger...

Description :
I personaly like Battle City but over time it get old (surprisingly) and no one care about it anymore. On internet are many Battle City "Remakes" but War City is not just "Copy of old game"... well it started as remake but during developing War City overgrow to something bigger than "Just a remake". Game gets own beautiful voxel art graphic in combination with pixel art hud and menu getting true retro feeling. Please, keep in mind : Game is in open beta stage now. It is full release but bugs may occur then please write about bug to comments. Also to help me get together minimum hardware requirement please write me your system configuration.
Install Inscructions :
1) Download
2) Extract using your favorite file archiver. Exe launcher must be in same folder as Data folder.
3) Double-click .exe launcher.
-This is all. War City is portable and can run from any folder or disc. It saves all its files to data folder so you can carry it in usb stick.
Features :
War City have sigle player mode and multi player mode (two players on one computer). You can play survival mode where you must get highest possible score within time limit. War City contains 35 levels played twice so 70 levels in fact. In settings you can find resolution settings and shadow quality, key settings for both tanks can be found there as well.
All three game modes can be played in two modes, they are "Classic" and "Modern".
Classic mode : Tanks rotate instantly without any animation. Both tanks and base have one hitpoint. This mode is closer to original game.
Modern mode : Tanks rotate smoothly. Both tanks and base have three hitpoints. In moder mode you can find uniqe powerup "Wrench" what restore hitpoints of your tank. This mode is closer to modern standarts.
