Probably you're missing the Python-3 missile. Try switching to incubator beta build.
Well done. Another plane in my inventory thanks to you. I mean plus the ones i've unlocked ingame. that number is...... well lets just say. Staggering.
If you combine it with everything from Bombers folder and already unlocked every official planes (Incubator build since the last one adds several more) it can easily reach about 300-ish.
Too bad many planes still stuck with template stats and/or no SPW though.
