This, in another time, might have been what fallout would have been if fallout kept its original design. It has many of the same elemnts seen in fallout 1 & 2. Fun game developed by Black Isle Studios. Average 3-D graphics but is addicting. Please feel free to extend and mod this game. It is powered by the Jefferson Engine.

I think you should talk this and try to develop it as your own game. Kinda like those Half life 2 mods who try to stick to the original story.
