Finally, an update is ready! After a complete rewrite of the server, the game is back up and in time for April 1st. Unfortunatly, the rush lead to almost everything being broken. Please bare with me on all the bugs and brokenness, I haven't been able to release anything in months and I really was excited for April.

First off, I'm running the game server on a virtual machine hosted somewhere in Canada so it is going to be very slow. Also, Uma for unity is throwing fits so if it crashes, it is probably the characters acting up and being unruly.
Next up, for this release, everyone gets party hats!
Blue for boys and red for girls. They are glued to character's heads until the next update when I can actually add the hat as an item.
Thanks to the friendly Cisco, everyone gets the item, the Frying Pan! Made from cheap iron and crushed hopes and dreams, the frying pan is a nice way to cook food(someday in the future) and smack enemies with.
Due to earlier confusion, instead of using the sword icon, any item without an icon will now show no icon instead.
Thanks to Josh Diaz, we have a whole soundtrack in the works. He decide to become the composer for this project and I love everything he sends.
After all this work redoing the server, I am very glad I was able to get an update out but it still needs a lot of work to make it stable and I need to move away from the virtual machine. Judging from the few tests I ran, there is going to be some serious rubber-banding so BEWARE. I get about 150 to 200 ping so I really need to improve the movement code for high latency gameplay.
I had my first attempt at cutscenes with a short one for character creation. You will see the mysterious voice, just not yet.
With the server lag, it is not easy to move around but I will be working hard on getting the improvements out sooner than it took to get this update out. I did not get a chance to test the mac or linux version so please excuse them if they do not work properly
And remember, they aren't bugs, they're features!
