Employees have had shaving animations since forever, but recently we made them smoother by including "in-between" frames, moving the shadow along with the employee, and figuring out that when the employee rotates to another side of the customer, the shadows on his body should move as well. I might post a tutorial later on how to make your low-bit animations smoother.
