We managed to patch the demo and it has been correctly installed and tested on a few machines here. We apologize for any trouble this may have caused you and hope if you've already tried the wrong version you'll give this one another shot.
What you should see when you hit start and are taken to the level select screen are worlds 1-1,1-4, and 2-3 playable. Everything else should be locked.
