super gory- but not anywhere near as gory as Thug 3- and the second one has more blood as well- so if you want more blood, they get gorier, as the series goes on, unless its the DM version of Thug- Or Thug 2- but the main series gets way gorier! So i suggest tracking Thug 3, and 2 is you really want to, since they get higher ratings as the main series goes on as well, and the DM ratings reflect the ratings of the game it is based off of!
