The Finish Line is the one man team Humean games first game. It is being developed in the Unreal development kit. The game aims to be a racing game that can be used for some serious racing but at the same time can be used for a good laugh. This is why the game will feature many different options and not just conventional tracks, the game will feature open maps like a desert to explore alone. The open maps will have hidden secrets and some cool things and different things to try out if you can find them! The racing which is the main part will feature a variety of weird and wonderful vehicles including tractors, street sweepers and more.

Humean games have today announced we will release an alpha demo of The Finish Line on Thursday August 9th 2012.

The demo will come with three tracks. Castle, a tight twisty track set in a fantasy land. Montreal (wet) This is a large racing circuit built primarily for serious racing, it is a wet weather track so provides an extra challenge (It will have dry also in full game, Most tracks will have wet and dry conditions) Finally Cross roads which is a track set in a city you will drive from the out skirt estates into the centre underneath the towering sky scrapers. (In the demo this track is only available for practise not races)

The demo is W.I.P and a way from the final release so please remember this while playing, but any feedback good or bad will be greatly appreciated so we can make sure the final product is the best it can be!

Have a look at the demo announcement video showing two of the track and two of the cars.
