The Forum Romana in-game is based around the actual archeological blueprint of the place, and the buildings visible in the image are the ones drawn so far.
Red Crosses? The constructions not built in 200BCE.
Green Ticks? Constructions left to do! Woohoo, only four more to go!
...Of course, I have all the ground inbetween left to do first! :(
