So, does this mean GLA is being implemented now? I'd heard talk they weren't.
well they're not as an own team. but there are buildings spread over some maps which also allow to buy vehicles as seen in the video.

yes. junk upgrade crates appear whenever a vehicle gets destroyed by a gla vehicle.
