ScrumbleShip is the most accurate space combat simulation devised to date. Gather resources, construct a capital ship out of individual blocks, then pilot it with AI or human help against other players.
An exterior shot of CMDKeen's InsolentKiller ship.
Uh-oh Insolent :D
Cheers,

So this is the dreaded InsolentKiller? It's adorable. :D I'll build a hatch on the side of the Ram so you can park her inside.
Greatest comment ever.
Although a small ship might be ideal against your ram - It's harder to ram a small, more agile ship!
-Dirk
That's true. Thankfully ramming is merely one option for the ram - it's also armed to the teeth with railguns. :)
In this shot it looks a lot smaller than it actually is, but it's still nothing when compared to the ram if I can say.
She has a lot of armor and weapons at the front and big maneuvering thrusters at the back - perfect against your railguns. Come get some! :D
Oh I will, just as soon as we're able. :)
Joking aside, it is actually a pretty cool-looking ship from what I can see, with a lot of lasers! Better not to underestimate her - it's not the size that matters, it's how you use it.
I wonder.. will we see moving parts? I mean moving parts on a ship. Like a circle on the a ram type ship that has Lasers on it that rotates and shoots, shooting a circle hole or maybe weaken it so the ram ship can break easily through the other ship. Just a crazy thought....
That will be quite possible in two separate ways. I intend to make ropes, which could easily be spun for a short time with on-object thrusters, and I also intend to make a "bearing" type block, which will allow two parts of the ship to remain attached, but to swing around each other smoothly.
My goal in designing this is to hand you guys lots of simple tools, and see what you come up with as a result. I would have never thought to use a rotating weapons platform to punch a weakened hole for ramming!
Cheers,
-Dirk
Neither had I! That's going on the front of the ram though! :)
