Two new game modes for Ringblazer!
After having provided new content by adding two new galaxies and the galaxy-unlocking-mechanics last time, this time's update adds two new game modes for each of the previously released levels. Until now, only the quite longish Adventure mode was available, that lets you collect coins to reach new levels or unlock the new galaxies. From now on, Adventure is accompanied by two new modes: Time Trial and Survival.
Time Trial:
Exactly what it is supposed to be - a time trial through the galaxies! No coins, no intermediate goals, just keep rolling to the finish line and try to beat your record or your friends' records that can be posted to the new Time-Trial-specific global leaderboads. The more flawless you manage to rush through the levels, the more green tiles to manage to hit, and the more gaps, bouncers and slowing down red tiles you avoid, the better are your chances to be at the top.
In Time Trial game mode, all is about racing through the galaxy as fast as possible.
No coins, no intermediate goals - just you and the current record to beat!
Survival:
It may seem a bit ironic that a game that people told us is pretty hard now offers are game mode where you die as soon as you fall into a gap. But that's exactly what Survival is about! Speed does not count at all, all that counts is to stay in play for as long possible! Be careful and master the accelerometer controls of the game - proceeding in Survival will definitely also be a great practise for the other game modes!
Even though it's not much actually new content in terms of levels or music this time, Time Trial and Survival add a lot to the original game. Even more than Adventure, they are perfect for a quick match in between. And needless to say: They also bring a bunch of new Achievements for you to unlock, so keep practising and get them all!
