Description

Raji: An Ancient Epic is an action adventure game set in ancient India. Raji, a young girl is chosen by the gods, to stand against the demonic invasion of the human realm. Her destiny to rescue her younger brother and face the demon lord Mahabalasura.

History

The concept was imagined during a vacation to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The video game draws inspiration from the grandeur of Rajasthan’s architecture and its cultural diversity. The team at Nodding Heads Games are now turning what once was a dream into a reality

Years later, along with founders and veteran artists Ian and Shruti, the game concept became fruition. This was confirmed with their early sketches that the game's visuals were unique and had an awestruck effect on our closest friends and family as the game was pitched to them. Knowing that there was something special about this game a super-team was mustered to turn dreams to reality. Quitting our jobs we started an indie adventure which was to become Nodding Heads Games.

This team comprises of eight dedicated individuals who are selflessly breathing life into this project. Nodding Heads Games will be running a Kickstarter Campaign in the last quarter of the year 2017. Through this campaign, the team will demonstrate to the world what potential this project has and what trends may follow.

Features

  • A Universe set in Ancient India, inspired by Hindu and Balinese mythology
  • Handpainted Artstyle. The medieval architecture of Rajasthan inspired us to come up with our unique artstyle. Every corner of Raji: An Ancient Epic is hand painted with attention to detail.
  • Favor of the Gods. Choose between various gods to favor you with godlike powers on each of your weapons. Customize abilities and quick switch between weapons to come up with your own gameplay style.
