Swedish indie studio brings high-end puzzle gaming to the PC.
Doctor Entertainment AB, a Swedish independent game developer, releases their first game Puzzle Dimension for PC today. The game is released on Steam for the price of $9.99 / £6.99 / €9.99.
Puzzle Dimension is a puzzle game where the player exercises the spatial thinking. The player is invited to 100 unique labyrinth-like structures which become more and more challenging. In Puzzle Dimension gravity is depending on your movements, up and down are relative terms. Classic game play elements such as fire, ice, spikes, buttons and hidden sections give the player a diverse range of problems and satisfying eureka moments.
The abstract game world is visualized by the in-house engine which allows the audiovisuals to blend depending on the player's progress. The audiovisuals blend between 8-bit chip-tunes and pixel-like visuals to crystal clear music and high end graphics.
Puzzle Dimension will also be released for Mac on August 25th. Versions are in development for
consoles and the mobile platforms iPhone, iPad and Android.

Looks like Kula World mixed with 3D Dot Game Heroes. Awesome.
This looks really cool actually... unfortunately I don't have any cash on me right now.
This is really great work, congratulations on your release. I'll absolutely be picking this up.
Just about to get the game, looks great! I thought to myself, "I hope this is on steam..." and it is! Wallet, hear I come!
There ever was a game on Playstation 1 looking a bit like this. However, that never ever did looked so great as this one!
Kula World, could be the game you're thinking of. It resembles this game in many aspects, although this game may have a few more puzzle elements, and of course better graphics and mechanics.
any mapeditor for it?
OMG ITS THAT BEACHBALL GAME I USED TO PLAY AS A KID, ahh sorry i've calmed down a bit now. Wow this looks awesome
Thats looks so damn addictive :p
I'm gonna show my mom this, shes gonna love it xD
$9,99 does not equal €9,99
Why do even indie developers go along with steam ripping off euros? It's not that the 10 euro is too high a price, but the simple fact that Steam pushes unfair pricing, to which you CAN say "no" developers.
I agree, i won't buy something that's cheaper for the americans.
This is a really great game if you like puzzle games. I have tons of fun with it!!
wtf Kula World?!
Very good game! Much better than it looks like through the screenshots or the trailer.
Only bad with it is the € price...
I always love a good puzzle game. And this looks fantastic. As soon as I can spare $10, I will buy this.
this is totally like roll away on the playstation

Fun looking game, but the pricing is a joke. Honestly now $9.99 / £6.99 / €9.99, and announcing it like that makes it look like you're proudly giving the the finger to everyone who pays in €, especially since we all know that developers have a say about the pricing scheme.
Reminds me a similar game I played once. It looks good although!
sappy_nirv_bg, you are right! € is more expensive then $! The prices should be currected!
