Hey there, interested in programming an MMORPG with us?
If so, here are the requirements:
[Overall]
-Basic understanding of data serialization and network efficiency
-Proficient knowledge of C#
[Client-side]
-Basic understanding of Unity (Game Engine) and MonoBehaviours
-Basic understanding of Model-View-Controller programming architecture
[Server-side]
-Proficient understanding of networking and data serialization
-Familiar with .NET 4+ framework API
-Building from an existing code base (understand already writted code well)
You may apply for either or both client/server side programmer.
About our project:
We are working on a game based on the famous anime series 'Sword Art Online'. It's a medieval/fantasy MMORPG about a giant flying castle with a hundred floors that has to be cleared by the players. You can learn more about our project here: Indiedb.com
But the most important you need to know is that your role will be to produce Medieval/Fantasy assets.
