Description
A new monster type from Project Grand Vault that exists in the underground ruins. The Puffer (our internal nickname for these guys). Float around aimlessly throughout the ruins. When it senses an outside life form, it begins its decent towards the intruder, when it gets into proximity... SNIIIIKT! It's spikes unsheathe with blinding speed.
