OneSamurai: Dusk is a Turn Based Tactical RPG set in the Kamakura Era of Feudal Japan. Japan for the first time in its History comes under threat from a mysterious outside force. You must defend against this enemy with a backdrop of political struggle and internal strife. OneSamurai: Dusk is the first of three Episodic games which will follow your characters journey through this period. You are able to transfer your story from one game to the next with varying degrees of change depending on the decisions you make.

Iwade is a village located on the Japanese island of Honshu. Iwade is under the control of the Matsudaira Clan, who's leader in 1274 is Matsudaira Hideaki. He lives in Iwade alongside his son Arichika and his daughter Emi. The Matsudaira has quarrel with the Bessho Clan who control the port of Hyogo. The Matsudaira feel that taking this territory would help increase their own influence around the inland sea. A Ao Ken mission within Iwade involves helping a man whose daughter has joined the town guard against his wishes.
