"Neon Overture: Major Recoil" is a 2D arcadey platformer with a focus on creating new levels, speed running or just playing through a bunch of fun user-created levels. With a focus on being a little bit over the top, from visuals to powerful weapons, this game will be fun for everyone!

It's finally here!Download and try out the first Alpha Build for Neon Overture now! Available for Windows 64-bit, OSX Universal and Linux Universal. There's probably a lot of bugs, rough edges and random explosions but it should be relatively playable. Have a go and tell me what you think and what you want to see in the future! The alpha comes with about 8 built-in levels. Select the ones you want to play in the "Playlist" section or leave it blank for the game to generator a random list of 5 levels for you to play through. Make your own and share them on the forum. Levels are saved to and placed levels are loaded from (as .NOL):
I haven't been able to test much of 1+ local coop yet, so any bugs or feedback relating to that would be very appreciated! Known Issues:
