"Neon Overture: Major Recoil" is a 2D arcadey platformer with a focus on creating new levels, speed running or just playing through a bunch of fun user-created levels. With a focus on being a little bit over the top, from visuals to powerful weapons, this game will be fun for everyone!

Update 0.22a is out now! Download it here! I probably should have written the updates down, something to start doing for future updates. Here's everything I can remember in the new build:
