A lab of "scientists" think they got it all figured out! They believe that they can simply mechanize what nature has already created and then program the product to fix the perceived ills of the planet. The waters of earth are increasingly polluted. These scientists decide to create mechanical fish to just simply consume all that pollution. Let us just say, things didn't go as planned with their latest project...
