It was at that time Genom Corp. and Hughs Geit Corp. stepped in with their resources and manpower to help rebuild Japan to its former technological glory with both corporation being the benefactors. But at the same time after awhile the criminal element did in fact surface and the use of Voomers to commit crimes and terrorist acts were placed into play thru illegal channels.
