It's a brilliant minesweeper-like with ZERO guesswork involved. There are a couple of minor issues that keep it from being a 10/10 game.

One, I couldn't find a way to change the volume level of the in-game music (mute/unmute is available). Two, replayability suffers a bit once you complete the provided set of puzzles. If new sets could be generated once old ones are completed, with, perhaps, a freecell-like numbering scheme used to revisit old ones, this could become the go-to game for puzzle aficionados.

An absolute must-buy.

Comfy minesweeperlike. As a huge minesweeper addict this is something poerfect. Only problem is that the defoult mousebuttons are opposite to minesweeper and in the beginning it caused a lot of misses.

Hexcells is basically a cross between minesweeper and picross. It's a really fun though short puzzle game that will test your mind and leave you hungry for more. The only thing I wish it had was a button to highlight the row/column you are looking at. When hints apply to a diagonal row, it's really hard to tell what row you are on. Other than that, this is a brilliant game.

I am a sucker for puzzle games and this one is pretty neat.

Not bad its a bit weird that the games starts default in 1920x1080, so i had to manually edit the resolution(~/.config/unity3d/Matthew Brown/Hexcells/prefs)
