The Grid Masters beta is now available! You can find the download on your Angry Hangar account page after logging in. If you didn't register for the beta, click the button to register on the Angry Hangar website, and refresh the page. You should now see a download button!
We do not currently have a developer/publisher ID from Microsoft so if you are running the game on Windows, it may tell you that the application is untrusted. If this happens pressing “More info” will give you the option to run it anyway. Also our installer doesn’t currently make desktop shortcuts, so you’ll have to add it on your own if you’d like one.
We have a few more things to work out in relation to enabling online play, so unfortunately it is currently not available. Also, although we intend the game to be cross-platform, running on Windows, Linux, and Mac, Windows is the platform we develop on, so features and stability will be available there first. With that said, we have decided to make the launcher native on each platform. We feel this will give our users the best experience no matter where they’re playing. We will release a blog post when we have a better idea of when the native Linux and Mac launchers may be available.
Please let us know of any problems you face or bugs you find. Our subreddit is the most ideal so that solutions to problems can be easily shared with all. However, if you have more specific questions or just don’t like reddit, don’t hesitate to email support@angryhangar.com, and we will try to resolve you issue as quickly as possible.
