Description
The chat panel is now visible on the lower left corner of the user interface in the Oculus Rift-mode. However, for now it'll only show the messages so there's no way to type them.
Different ways of typing messages when not seeing the keyboard still need to be experimented.
For now players can quickly turn the Oculus Rift-mode off, reply to messages and then dive back in.
You should have team chat. Or you could only here the players that are 5 yards away.
There are some very good 3rd party solutions already available including Teamspeak, Ventrilo etc so voice chat will not be implemented in the game.
Most guilds already have their own methods for handling voice communication anyways so not much point reinventing the wheel.
