FLAK is a 2D top-down shoot’em up about speed, survival and watching with perverse glee as your pursuers smash into obstacles at deadly velocity. FLAK blends the edge-of-control intensity of traditional arcade shooters with the compulsive replayability of an endless runner. Relive the thrills of the Star Wars “Ewoks vs. Scout Troopers” speeder bike chase, rendered in a striking, comic book style and set against a hard-driving breakbeat soundtrack. FLAK is in the beta stage of development. It will be submitted for community review in late February and is expected to see final release as a free Windows and HTML5 game by March 2015.
The Wardens, also known as the "Red Twins", are one of FLAK's elite-class enemies. The keepers of the maximum security prison are the most well-equipped of your pursuers and will stop at nothing to take you down. Their power cruiser skiffs bristle with high-caliber weaponry and are capable of flying above obstacles and other treacherous terrain.
