You are looking at a very early version of Explorium multiplayer! Right now you can place and break blocks and explore the world in online and local multiplayer. At the moment it is very unstable and has many issues with chunk sending. There is also no client-side prediction at the moment. Stay tuned for more information!
Oh, and as you can see you only see other players as these white box people for the moment. :P
