Inkfish is a highly professional London based indie-game studio made up of 9 talented, chirpy individuals with good connections in the industry.

We are in charge of our own destiny and have a methodical business strategy in place and excellent incentives for staff working on the launch of our debut title EONWAR; a concept lightly touched on in Robocop's "NUKEM" back in 1987, and one that unashamedly torments us with its delay until completion.

After more than a year in development an exciting opportunity to work with our talented team in a support and occasional lead role, has opened. This vacancy is for an experienced dev with a "can do" attitude. You will have a solid understanding of Unity, be an avid gamer and must work well in a team, prepared to give feedback and opinions inline with other team members.

You will be required to work on an already established game with strong art, design and management support. There are clearly defined milestones and your involvement will ensure that we hit them in good time.

Inkfish prides itself on its collaborative work philosaphy, where communication within the team is key, reserved coders that lurk in the shadows need not apply! Fantastic prospects to work in a full-time paid capacity are on the horizon and we potentially have support from some of the largest publishers in the world!

What we are looking for:

- Experience of working in a lead role on at least one title
- Strong development experience with Unity/ UnityScript
- Ability to work to deadlines and in a vocal/ friendly team
- A positive and methodical approach to challenges
- Well documented code commenting
- Commitment of at least 10 hours a week
- Good understanding of networking and online components
- Particle physics experience*
- Movement physics experience*
- Ability to implement 3rd party systems and with the necessary intuitiveness to seek help when required
- Must be free to attend at least one hour a week online team meetings via Skype or come into the studio
- May be asked to attend some game conferences and meetings with the management team if required (all expenses paid)

*Particle and movement physics experience is advantageous, not compulsory.

All successful team members will be provided with official contracts and clear remuneration packages for their contribution and the management team have years of experience in the industry with an firm understanding of achievable goals within realistic timeframes.
