Hello Friends!
We've taken some time from posting lately to get some things done on our game! In this Devlog we will be updating you on some things we have worked on while we were away!
Firstly, we wanted to show you the different houses in our game! Each house corresponds to a different character. We tried to pass some of the personality of each character in the design of the houses.
Can you figure out which character corresponds to which house?
We also added some different effects like smoke, flags moving with the wind and the boat rocking in the water.
While we were away, we also finished modeling all our characters! Here's a look at them. We still haven't painted their textures, since we're still working on some last props for the island.
While we're on the topic of our characters, we're already done with our capy animations! We wanted the animations to be really cute, to make the capy be even cuter than they already are!
Finally, we wanted all of that to come together and film some gameplay for you! We've been working really hard on this game and it finally feels like it's paying off! We're still in the process of finishing off everything we need, but we are super proud of how far we've come!
