Darkwood 3D is a full 3d conversion project. The original game is Darkwood by Acid Wizard Game Studio.

I came here beacuse i really feel that the only thing the original is lacking is a first person mode.
The game has it all but it just doesn't click when you cant see through the eyes of the character.
To all non believers of this project i recomend this:
Watch or play a 3rd person horror game or movie and after that watch a 1st person horror game or movie.
The tension, the atmosphere, the immersion, are much bigger in 1st person for sure but most of the actual projects around fail because the original concept doesn't hit the spot like this one without the 1st person view.
This game almost has it all, it just needs this mode to make it perfect.
So wish you luck with this project.
If well made and well tweaked, surelly will surpass even newer fps/horror like blair witch and forrest.
