The model is great, and the video, whilst not tutorial material, it does provide a wonderful insight. i would love a more indepth tutorial, but thats just my two cents.

The video was not intended as a tutorial. but as you said only to bring more insight in how we work.
I would love to make a more in dept video, but there is already plenty of good ones out there to get you started.
If i make one (that is a very big IF) then i would do that on my freetime.
