GENERAL

CHARACTERS
- The Dark Priest has been reset and has now its own skills & template.

- AI has been corrected in order to make the Dark Priest acts normally toward its friends.

WORLD

With previous 2.2 version, we have improved overall design of the dungeon, making it more attractive and immersive.

The new version 2.3 will this time changed the way you interact with what you see around you.

This a new and interesting game experience for the player who will join the adventure.

LOST TREASURES

- The first treasure hunt is really simple: A random number of treasure chests are hidden in the Temple of Nimde.
The quality of their treasure and their unlock conditions are also randomly generated at the start of the game.

- There are 3 type of chest: Common, rare and
mysterious.

- The Common chests contain useful goods, like equipment, gold, craft resources and later (in a next version) some consumables items. These objects belong to disciples of Nerhacte, before the rise of Chaos. These chests are not locked.

- The Rare chests belong to the highest priests and masters of the Order. They have
been carefully hidden and locked. Obviously, this kind of treasure chest contains more powerful objects.

- None of members of the Order knows anything about relics locked in Mysterious
chests. They will be hard to find and you will have to defeat their keeper, if you dare fight them!

- On treasure chest opening, all objects and resources are automatically added to your inventory, if there's enough free space. If your inventory is full, the chest will stay open, and you will have to interact one more time with it to get all remaining goods.

Note: Treasure chests are managed locally for each client.

- Treasure chests have multiple states, depending of
interactions done on it.

Chests which have not been interacted with are CLOSED.

An OPENED chest won't change anymore.

An OPENED chest, with unpicked goods will shine.

An OPENED & EMPTY chest won't shine anymore.

KEYS

- Keys must be used to open locked treasure chests. Players have a chance to get a key when they defeat Champions, Named creatures, Watchman or the Avatar of Chaos. A key is stored as money: It does not use slot in your inventory. It is not tradable and will be destroyed at the end of the game
(Close server event).

DUNGEON

THE HALL OF PRAYERS

- The release 2.3 put also the light on the sounds system. During the exploration, one dedicated theme now wraps the player in a spooky and calm ambience.

- 4 new elements have been added to the "dungeon" models' library, giving more random possibilities to games.

- Decorative objects' library is greatly increased.

- A high number of textures have been added / modified.

QUEST

- A few quests have been added.

- A Hunt quest, random and unique for each player has been added. This quest gives randomly generated rewards, accordingly to its objectives.

- The other quests give dedicated rewards, which are adjusted and always usable by the player who completes the quest.

TRADE

- The trade system is the famous feature of this release note.

- It has been done in a simply way. Just as in many games, the trade in Chaos is following some basics rules.

So, players have to know that:

- Traded items are "linked on trade". A traded item will not be tradable anymore.

- Player's resources are not tradable.

- Quest items are not tradable (to be confirm)

- Equipment is tradable.

- Crafted items are tradable.

- The Trade system works with a kind of lock event.
Each trader have to lock the trade from their side by clicking on the "accept" button in order to notify the other trader that he is « ready » to complete the trade.

When both traders are ready, the trade is done.

- Any modification done to the trade will unlock the trade from both sides. This way, the other trader can modify its offer securely.

- Players can trade up to 10 items, simultaneously.

- When trading, selected items are also locked in traders' inventories. (A picture will be overlaying the locked slot). A "trade locked" slot cannot be interacted anymore until the item is released from the trade.
